Summary
As a full-time on-site Operations Support Specialist, you will work closely with the vCIO, Assistant Operations Manager, and the COO. This mid-level role is for someone who enjoys being responsible for a variety of tasks in a supportive capacity.
In this role you will proactively:
Responsibilities:

vCIO Support: prepare and manage opportunities, quotes & proposal projects; prepare quarterly SBR research and documentation; create tasks for engineers assigned to support clients

Asset Management: create new assets (individual & bulk imports); track existing assets for replacement & renewals.

Vendor Coordination: manage vendor deal registration requests; partner level certification oversight; company vendor agreement tracking & oversight.

365 license maintenance: manage 365 licensing renewal reviews and planning.

Purchasing: process opportunities; submit & track purchase orders; Shipping & Receiving.

Inventory Oversight: maintain and audit sellable stock; issue & audit employee equipment.

Workstation Deployment Support: prepare applicable opportunities and quotes for the workstation deployment requests.

Coordinator Coverage: cover the coordinator role for 1 hour at the end of each day, lunch & time off. Receive, review and triage, delegate and/or schedule incoming client service requests via phone, email, and Autotask ticket submission.

Client contact and follow-up (e.g. quotes/change orders/asset management and renewals) while acting as a client advocate to ensure all their needs are met.

Other operational tasks and duties as assigned.
Requirements:
To thrive in this role you must have:

A minimum of one year of experience (preferably two) with Microsoft office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

A minimum of one year experience (preferably two) of data entry and the ability to work in multiple software platforms interchangeably throughout the day

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to create orderly tracking systems.

A team player mindset and ability to switch gears as needed.

Background with software subscriptions (365, Azure, Sophos) a plus
