This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills while maintaining a fast-paced, fun environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using Clover POS system</li><li>Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks and food, and promote specials to boost sales.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards.</li><li>Manage cash handling duties including cashiering, basic math calculations, and processing payments accurately.</li><li>Monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible serving in accordance with legal regulations and company policies.</li><li>Uphold high standards of customer service by creating a lively, friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.</li><li>Handle multiple responsibilities such as serving while managing time effectively to meet guest needs promptly.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a bartender in food service settings is highly preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems like Clover POS is essential for order processing and sales tracking.</li><li>Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining quality service.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and managing tabs accurately.</li><li>Experience in food industry roles such as serving, catering, or food service enhances your candidacy.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events in hospitality environments .
