Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using Clover POS system
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks and food, and promote specials to boost sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards.
• Manage cash handling duties including cashiering, basic math calculations, and processing payments accurately.
• Monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible serving in accordance with legal regulations and company policies.
• Uphold high standards of customer service by creating a lively, friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
• Handle multiple responsibilities such as serving while managing time effectively to meet guest needs promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in food service settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Clover POS is essential for order processing and sales tracking.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining quality service.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and managing tabs accurately.
• Experience in food industry roles such as serving, catering, or food service enhances your candidacy.
