Responsibilities<ul><li>
Maintain and organize student records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.</li><li>
Perform data entry tasks, entering student information into relevant databases.</li><li>
Assist with the compilation and analysis of data for reporting purposes.</li><li>
Coordinate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless communication and operations.</li><li>
Respond to inquiries regarding student records in a professional manner.</li><li>
Implement and maintain efficient filing systems for easy retrieval of information.</li><li>
Support the development and improvement of data management processes.</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration preferred.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>
Experience with data entry and record management systems.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.</li><li>
Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.</li><li>
