 Job Purpose
 
 
 
 To provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Acting CEO, ensuring efficient daily operations of the executive office and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Administrative Support
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>

 Manage the Acting CEO&rsquo;s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for meetings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
 </li>
 </ul>

 Communication &amp; Coordination
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as the main point of contact between the Acting CEO and internal/external parties.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with department heads, managers, and external partners.
 </li>
 </ul>

 Office Management
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain filing systems (both electronic and hard copy).
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and prioritize incoming requests and ensure timely responses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in preparing documents for board meetings and senior management reviews.
 </li>

 Special Projects &amp; Support
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist the Acting CEO with research, data collection, and preparation of briefing materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support execution of strategic initiatives and projects as assigned.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform any additional duties assigned by the Acting CEO.
 </li>

 Qualifications &amp; Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 3&ndash;5 years of proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Fluent in English (both written and spoken) &ndash; Mandatory.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Arabic language is an advantage.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
 </li>

 to manage the implementation, integration, and optimization of both systems in our Food &amp; Beverage (F&amp;B) operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the technical aspects of system deployment, ensure seamless integration, and manage ongoing support to enhance operational efficiency.

 Strong understanding of F&amp;B operations, including POS, inventory, and financial management.

 Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues.

 Experience in training staff on new systems and technologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong project management skills, including the ability to define project scope and meet deadlines.
 </li>
