In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact, providing exceptional service through various communication channels. Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism will help foster positive relationshipsDuties<ul><li>Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and in-person interactions.</li><li>Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing them appropriately.</li><li>Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating customer information</li><li>Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and organizing meetings.</li><li>Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and supporting bookkeeping activities.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer support by addressing concerns efficiently and ensuring a positive experience.</li><li>Perform general administrative functions like filing, photocopying, and maintaining organized workspaces to ensure smooth office operations.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools.</li><li>Prior experience using multi-line phone systems and demonstrating proper phone etiquette.</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively.</li><li>Strong clerical skills including proofreading, filing, and managing calendars or schedules.</li><li>Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus.</li><li>Previous roles such as dental receptionist or medical receptionist are advantageous but not required.</li><li>Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Personal assistant experience or familiarity with office reception duties will be valued highly.
