We are a high end appliance service company. We service brands like; Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Miele, Thermador. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact, providing exceptional service through various communication channels. Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and in-person interactions.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing them appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating customer information
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and organizing meetings.
- Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and supporting bookkeeping activities.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing concerns efficiently and ensuring a positive experience.
- Perform general administrative functions like filing, photocopying, and maintaining organized workspaces to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools.
- Prior experience using multi-line phone systems and demonstrating proper phone etiquette.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
- Strong clerical skills including proofreading, filing, and managing calendars or schedules.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
- Previous roles such as dental receptionist or medical receptionist are advantageous but not required.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
