The Director of HR will work directly with executive leadership to ensure our workforce remains engaged, compliant, and aligned with Sterling&rsquo;s values of family, trust, flexibility, coachability, and a finisher&rsquo;s mindset.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and oversee all HR operations: recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and compensation.</li><li>Build and maintain HR systems that promote accountability, consistency, and operational efficiency.</li><li>Advise senior leadership with sound judgment, practical HR guidance, and straightforward counsel.</li><li>Reinforce Sterling&rsquo;s culture of personal responsibility, teamwork, and pride in performance.</li><li>Manage employee relations with fairness, clarity, and integrity&mdash;promoting a positive workplace built on mutual respect and loyalty.</li><li>Ensure compliance with healthcare and employment regulations.</li><li>Support professional growth and leadership development rooted in performance, dependability, and measurable contribution.</li><li>Oversee HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive results.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>7&ndash;10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in healthcare.</li><li>Demonstrated success managing HR operations and guiding leaders in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of employment law, healthcare compliance, and HR best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.</li><li>Hands-on management style with a focus on consistency, accountability, and measurable outcomes.</li><li>Preferred: Master&rsquo;s degree or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent).</li></ul>Our Core Values<ul><li>Family: We work as one team&mdash;respectful, reliable, and united.</li><li>Trust: We keep our word and deliver on commitments.</li><li>Concierge Attitude: We go the extra mile to serve patients and colleagues with professionalism and care.</li><li>Finishers Wanted: We follow through.
