  • Manage employee relations with fairness, clarity, and integrity—promoting a positive workplace built on mutual respect and loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare and employment regulations.
  • Support professional growth and leadership development rooted in performance, dependability, and measurable contribution.
  • Oversee HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive results.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Demonstrated success managing HR operations and guiding leaders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, healthcare compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
  • Hands-on management style with a focus on consistency, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent).

Our Core Values

  • Family: We work as one team—respectful, reliable, and united.
  • Trust: We keep our word and deliver on commitments.
  • Concierge Attitude: We go the extra mile to serve patients and colleagues with professionalism and care.
  • Finishers Wanted: We follow through. We complete what we start and hold ourselves accountable for results.
  • Remain Flexible & Coachable: We adapt to challenges and learn from experience.

What We Offer
