Steve Brown Apartments, a leader in Madison's rental market since 1980, is looking for a driven yet humble leader who is ready to join our management team at the on-site level. What You'll Do All Day.Property Managers are a jack of all trades: you'll spend a good portion of your day having fun and building connections as you lead your on-site team and assist prospects and residents. You'll also juggle budget, facilities, turnover projects, meet with vendors, negotiate contract terms, maintain property and employee standards, manage move-in and move-out, handle customer service needs, and build a team of talent through coaching &amp; training. You'll need to be customer focused, highly organized, and able to delegate.
