If so, we&rsquo;d love to meet you!We&rsquo;re looking for a reliable, detail-driven Lead Housekeeper who brings energy, care, and excellence to every space they touch &mdash; while also playing a key role in helping our cleaning business grow and run smoothly behind the scenes.In this role, you&rsquo;ll not only help busy families, professionals, and businesses enjoy spotless, organized environments &mdash; you&rsquo;ll also help us connect with new clients, coordinate schedules, support and manage cleaning staff, and ensure supplies and operations stay organized and efficient.We&rsquo;re currently offering flexible part-time and full-time opportunities - you must have both weekday and weekend availability!What You&rsquo;ll DoYou&rsquo;ll be the hero behind clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained spaces &mdash; and a key support in keeping our operations running efficiently.Your responsibilities will include:Cleaning &amp; Home Care<ul><li>Dusting, sweeping, mopping, washing floors, and cleaning windows</li><li>Vacuuming carpets, rugs, upholstery, and more</li><li>Deep-cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, including inside appliances</li><li>Making beds and refreshing linens</li><li>Doing laundry and dishes</li><li>Cleaning pet areas</li><li>Tidying children&rsquo;s play areas</li><li>Taking out trash and cleaning common areas</li><li>Scrubbing, sanitizing, polishing, and organizing</li><li>Watering plants</li><li>Handling furniture and appliances with care</li><li>Following cleaning checklists for each home</li><li>Move-in / move-out / deep cleans</li><li>Preparing homes for sale and show-ready presentation</li><li>Organizing spaces so every item is in its proper place</li></ul>Scheduling &amp; Client Support<ul><li>Scheduling cleanings and managing appointment calendars</li><li>Coordinating client communications and service requests</li><li>Supporting efforts to find and onboard new cleaning clients (outreach, referrals, and follow-ups as needed)</li><li>Ensuring smooth communication between clients and cleaning staff</li></ul>Team Support &amp; Management<ul><li>Helping recruit, onboard, and coordinate additional cleaners as needed</li><li>Supporting scheduling and assignment of cleaning teams</li><li>Helping ensure quality standards are met across all jobs</li><li>Providing guidance and support to cleaners when needed</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Operations<ul><li>Tracking cleaning supplies and equipment</li><li>Restocking inventory and ensuring supplies are organized and ready for use</li><li>Helping maintain an organized supply and storage system</li><li>Reporting supply needs and equipment issues</li></ul>Client Experience<ul><li>Building positive relationships with clients through trust, dependability, and a friendly attitude</li><li>Working independently while professionally addressing requests or concerns</li><li>Helping ensure a consistently high-quality client experience</li></ul>What Makes You a Great FitYou&rsquo;ll thrive in this role if you are:<ul><li>Detail-oriented and proud of high-quality work</li><li>Honest, dependable, and trustworthy</li><li>Energetic with strong stamina</li><li>Positive, polite, and customer-focused</li><li>Comfortable multitasking (cleaning + coordination tasks)</li><li>Organized and able to manage time effectively</li><li>Comfortable using cleaning products and equipment</li><li>A strong communicator who works well independently and with a team</li><li>Interested in growing into a more operational/lead role over time</li></ul>Experience in cleaning is a bonus, but a strong work ethic and great attitude matter most. Multiple languages are also a plus!Requirements<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Ability to understand verbal and written instructions</li><li>Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods</li><li>Ability to lift 25+ lbs</li><li>Strong time management and interpersonal skills</li><li>Professional and polite demeanor</li><li>Positive attitude and strong work ethic</li></ul>Pay: $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
