We’re looking for a reliable, detail-driven Lead Housekeeper who brings energy, care, and excellence to every space they touch — while also playing a key role in helping our cleaning business grow and run smoothly behind the scenes.
In this role, you’ll not only help busy families, professionals, and businesses enjoy spotless, organized environments — you’ll also help us connect with new clients, coordinate schedules, support and manage cleaning staff, and ensure supplies and operations stay organized and efficient.
We’re currently offering flexible part-time and full-time opportunities - you must have both weekday and weekend availability!
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the hero behind clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained spaces — and a key support in keeping our operations running efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
Cleaning & Home Care
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, washing floors, and cleaning windows
- Vacuuming carpets, rugs, upholstery, and more
- Deep-cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, including inside appliances
- Making beds and refreshing linens
- Doing laundry and dishes
- Cleaning pet areas
- Tidying children’s play areas
- Taking out trash and cleaning common areas
- Scrubbing, sanitizing, polishing, and organizing
- Watering plants
- Handling furniture and appliances with care
- Following cleaning checklists for each home
- Move-in / move-out / deep cleans
- Preparing homes for sale and show-ready presentation
- Organizing spaces so every item is in its proper place
Scheduling & Client Support
- Scheduling cleanings and managing appointment calendars
- Coordinating client communications and service requests
- Supporting efforts to find and onboard new cleaning clients (outreach, referrals, and follow-ups as needed)
- Ensuring smooth communication between clients and cleaning staff
Team Support & Management
- Helping recruit, onboard, and coordinate additional cleaners as needed
- Supporting scheduling and assignment of cleaning teams
- Helping ensure quality standards are met across all jobs
- Providing guidance and support to cleaners when needed
Inventory & Operations
- Tracking cleaning supplies and equipment
- Restocking inventory and ensuring supplies are organized and ready for use
- Helping maintain an organized supply and storage system
- Reporting supply needs and equipment issues
Client Experience
- Building positive relationships with clients through trust, dependability, and a friendly attitude
- Working independently while professionally addressing requests or concerns
- Helping ensure a consistently high-quality client experience

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to understand verbal and written instructions
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs
- Strong time management and interpersonal skills
- Professional and polite demeanor
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Pay: $18.00 per hour
