Quality &amp; Guest Experience<ul><li>Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.</li><li>Handle escalating customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.</li><li>Develop and implement guest engagement and loyalty initiatives.</li></ul>5. Compliance &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure compliance with local regulations, health &amp; safety standards, and licensing requirements.</li><li>Maintain food safety standards (HACCP, hygiene audits, etc.).</li><li>Liaise with authorities for inspections, certifications, and renewals.</li></ul>6. Supply Chain &amp; Inventory Management<ul><li>Oversee procurement, vendor management, and inventory control.</li><li>Ensure cost-effective sourcing without compromising quality.</li><li>Monitor stock levels, wastage, and shrinkage.</li></ul>7. Brand &amp; Marketing Coordination<ul><li>Collaborate with marketing teams on promotions, events, and campaigns.</li><li>Drive outlet-level marketing initiatives to increase footfall and revenue.</li><li>Ensure brand standards and positioning are consistently maintained.</li></ul>8.
