<p>The Senior Fundamental Research Analyst will play a crucial role in the development of stockaxis's research offerings. This individual will be responsible for analysing and interpreting financial data, performing industry and company-specific research, and providing actionable investment insights. The role requires a deep understanding of financial statements, valuation models, and market trends.

<ul><li><b>Financial Analysis:</b> Conduct in-depth analysis of company financials, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
</li><li><b>Valuation Models:</b> Build and maintain financial models for companies across multiple sectors. Use valuation methods such as DCF, P/E, EV/EBITDA, and others to assess investment potential.</li>
<li><b>Industry Research:</b> Research macroeconomic trends, industry developments, and sector-specific news to provide a holistic view of the market.</li>
<li><b>Equity Research Reports:</b> Write clear, concise, and actionable equity research reports with recommendations (buy/hold/sell) based on your analysis.</li>
<li><b>Investment Recommendations:</b> Provide investment advice based on fundamental analysis and research, focusing on risk/reward scenarios.</li>
<li><b>Client Communication:</b> Communicate findings effectively to both internal teams and clients. This may include presenting at meetings, webinars, or conferences.</li>
<li><b>Market Monitoring:</b> Continuously track key market developments, news, and trends to stay ahead of market changes that could impact investment strategies.</li>
</ul></div><div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Skills &amp; Qualifications</b></h4>
<ul><li><b>Education:</b> A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or similar professional certification is preferred.<br>
NISM XV &ndash; Research Analyst certificate is must.
</li><li><b>Experience:</b> 7-9 years of experience in equity research, financial analysis, or a related field, ideally with experience in a senior role.</li>
<li><b>Technical Skills:</b> Strong proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and other research tools. Familiarity with Bloomberg, Reuters, FactSet, or similar platforms is a plus.</li>
<li><b>Analytical Skills:</b> Strong ability to analyse and interpret financial data and translate this into actionable insights.</li>
<li><b>Communication Skills:</b> Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create detailed reports and present complex ideas clearly to clients.</li>
<li><b>Market Knowledge:</b> Strong understanding of financial markets, global economic trends, and industry dynamics.</li>
<li><b>Attention to Detail:</b> Ability to perform precise and thorough financial analysis.</li>
