We are a growing, online personalized memorial stone business looking for a versatile &quot;right-hand&quot; team member. This isn't just a production job; we need someone who can manage the full lifecycle of an order. You will be responsible for taking a customer&rsquo;s vision from a digital file to a finished, shipped product.The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who is highly proficient with computers and enjoys a mix of creative digital work and hands-on physical tasks.Please Google Stocking Factory and check out our shop to familiarize yourself with our products.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Customer Experience: Handle basic customer service inquiries and proactively follow up on order details to keep production moving.</li><li>Design &amp; Prep: Use CorelDRAW and Photoshop to prepare layouts and edit photos for engraving (we will train you on our specific workflow, but computer proficiency is a must).</li><li>Production Support: Assist with the operation of laser engraving equipment to create high-quality memorial stones.</li><li>Logistics: Carefully pack and ship finished products to ensure they arrive safely to our customers.</li><li>Problem Solving: Think on your feet to troubleshoot minor issues and keep daily operations running smoothly.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Tech-Savvy: High level of comfort with computers and design software. Experience in CorelDRAW or Photoshop is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong technical foundation.</li><li>Detail-Oriented: In the memorial stone business, accuracy is everything. You must have a keen eye for spelling and design layout.</li><li>Adaptable: Comfortable switching between office tasks (emails/design) and warehouse tasks (packing/shipping).</li><li>Reliable: Someone who takes pride in their work and can work independently.</li></ul>Work Details:<ul><li>Job Type: Part-time (with a clear path to Full-time as order volume increases).</li><li>Schedule: 4-hour to 8-hour shifts available.</li><li>Location: In-person at our Big Pine Key, FL location (Required).</li></ul>Pay: $18.50 - $19.50 per hourWork Location: In person
