Business Operations & Design Assistant

We are a growing, online personalized memorial stone business looking for a versatile "right-hand" team member. This isn't just a production job; we need someone who can manage the full lifecycle of an order. You will be responsible for taking a customer’s vision from a digital file to a finished, shipped product.

The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who is highly proficient with computers and enjoys a mix of creative digital work and hands-on physical tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Experience: Handle basic customer service inquiries and proactively follow up on order details to keep production moving.
• Design & Prep: Use CorelDRAW and Photoshop to prepare layouts and edit photos for engraving (we will train you on our specific workflow, but computer proficiency is a must).
• Production Support: Assist with the operation of laser engraving equipment to create high-quality memorial stones.
• Logistics: Carefully pack and ship finished products to ensure they arrive safely to our customers.
• Problem Solving: Think on your feet to troubleshoot minor issues and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Tech-Savvy: High level of comfort with computers and design software. Experience in CorelDRAW or Photoshop is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong technical foundation.
• Detail-Oriented: In the memorial stone business, accuracy is everything. You must have a keen eye for spelling and design layout.
• Adaptable: Comfortable switching between office tasks (emails/design) and warehouse tasks (packing/shipping).
• Reliable: Someone who takes pride in their work and can work independently.

Work Details:

• Job Type: Part-time (with a clear path to Full-time as order volume increases).
• Schedule: 4-hour to 8-hour shifts available.
• Location: In-person at our Big Pine Key, FL location (Required).

Pay: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour
