Stone Mountain Lodge GroundskeeperGroundskeeper Job DescriptionThe Groundskeeper ensures that the grounds of Stone Mountain Lodge are safe, attractive, well-manicured and clean. The Groundskeeper is responsible for the exterior property of Stone Mountain Lodge and reports directly to the Property Manager.Daily Expectations&middot; Walk the property and pick up trash and limbs. Observe any items that need maintenance. Discuss property condition with supervisory staff. Mow all areas while adhering to the schedule given&middot; Ensures areas are properly watered and sprinklers/drip lines are in working order.&middot; Weed and Edge all areas including walkways, drive ways, flower beds, and area in front of Stone Mountain Lodge&middot; Trims trees and hedges as needed&middot; Clean walkways&middot; Maintain all exterior areas including: Event Area, Garden Area, Picnic Area, Lodge Area, Front of Stone Mountain Lodge, Pool Area, and Cabin AreasJob Type: Part-timePay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
