Groundskeeper Job Description

The Groundskeeper ensures that the grounds of Stone Mountain Lodge are safe, attractive, well-manicured and clean. The Groundskeeper is responsible for the exterior property of Stone Mountain Lodge and reports directly to the Property Manager.

Daily Expectations

· Walk the property and pick up trash and limbs. Observe any items that need maintenance. Discuss property condition with supervisory staff. Mow all areas while adhering to the schedule given

· Ensures areas are properly watered and sprinklers/drip lines are in working order.

· Weed and Edge all areas including walkways, drive ways, flower beds, and area in front of Stone Mountain Lodge

· Trims trees and hedges as needed

· Clean walkways

· Maintain all exterior areas including: Event Area, Garden Area, Picnic Area, Lodge Area, Front of Stone Mountain Lodge, Pool Area, and Cabin Areas

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
