Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000</div><div></div><div>
The purpose of a REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF SALES is to provide sales support ,leadership, sales training, mentoring, strategic development, and brand resources to a select portfolio of hotels. This should be done in a way to maximize profits and to adhere to the guidelines set forth by Stonebridge Companies and hotel brand standards.</div><div></div><div>
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>
Work cohesively with the sales teams and General Managers at each hotel to assist them in capturing group business in all segments and corporate transient business. Make sure sales leads through various online networks and sources are being handled in an efficient manner. Monitor visits to local businesses in their markets and ensure proper prospecting and cold calling are being accomplished.</li><li>
Monitor the Sales system from various brands to make sure solicitation calls are properly documented as well as account information, contracts, correspondence, and emails are accurately captured.</li><li>
Experience with Business Travel and able to communicate strategies with our teams</li><li>
Experience with Group Market Segment and able to communicate strategies with our teams</li><li>
Evaluate promotional events, trade shows, community, and industry events to make sure attendance produces the proper return on investment.</li><li>
Perform the required job functions with a high attention of detail and efficiency.</li><li>
Organize, prioritize and follow-up with a sense of urgency.</li><li>
Assist with settings sales strategies to achieve overall property goals for both rate and occupancy.</li><li>
Understand the hotel's operations, including room types, meeting capacities, services, features, and benefits for assigned hotels in your territory.</li><li>
Review the STAR reports on a weekly basis and create action plans, as necessary.</li><li>
Communicate with Revenue Management and GM to ensure that pricing is appropriate and adjust selling strategies as needed.</li><li>
Must have the ability to prepare a very detailed business plan by collaborating with our property level GM/DOS</li><li>
This person should have the ability to provide sales strategy to exceed revenue goals and ensure these strategies are being executed by the sales teams in each market.</li><li>
Maintains regular attendance and is consistently on time.</li><li>
Maintains high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include compliance with the dress code.</li><li>

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:</div><div>

A high school diploma or general education degree (GED); college level sales / marketing classes or Business Degree preferred.</div><div>
4 to 6 years of hands-on experience as a Director of Sales with multi-property experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</div><div>
QUALIFICATIONS</div><ul><li>
Ability to read, analyze and interpret common financial reports and legal documents.</li><li>
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.</li><li>
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.</li><li>
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.</li><li>
Proficient use of Sales Pro.</li><li>
Strong working knowledge of MS Word is required, specifically Excel. Experience with automated accounting systems is preferred.</li></ul><div>

The purpose of a GUEST SERVICE AGENT is to serve as the primary contact for all guests throughout their stay and effectively and efficiently check guests in and out of the hotel.</div><div></div><div>
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>
Operate the front desk according to standard operating procedures and with exceptional guest service.</li><li>
Operate with accuracy the reservation system, check-in and checkout system and credit card system, following all safety and security procedures.</li><li>
Check registration (folio) cards for completeness, accuracy, and legibility.</li><li>
 Maintain accurate cash sheet. Responsible for cash drawer balancing.</li><li>
Operate the switchboard and disperse calls as required by your shift. Take guest messages and faxes with accuracy, always noting the date and time of message. Repeat message back to caller to assure the accuracy of the message. Use message light to tell guests that they have a message waiting.</li><li>
Know emergency procedures and how to respond.</li><li>
Never say a guest&rsquo;s room number out loud.</li><li>
Be knowledgeable of hotel promotions.</li><li>
Know room rate. Also know the amenities of the rooms so you can inform guests of what to expect in their rooms.</li><li>
 Know physical makeup of building-exterior and interior. Know where the closest shopping, convenience store and gas station is.</li><li>
Complete daily reports, audits correspondences etc. as required by your shift.</li><li>
Keep lobby and office area clean at all times,</li><li>
Set wake-up calls as dictated by your shift.</li><li>
 Prepare room status sheet for housekeeping and update housekeeping on rooms available to clean as guests checkout or leave for the day.</li><li>
 Take and confirm credit cards for validity and acceptability.</li><li>
 Lock and secure area if leaving the front desk, even if it is for a moment!</li><li>
Create incident reports for guest injuries / issues when required.</li><li>
Answer all calls within three (3) rings. All calls are to be answered in a &ldquo;scripted&rdquo; manner.</li><li>
Take and record reservations with accuracy. Confirm as requested.</li><li>
Resolve guest complaints.</li><li>
Maintains regular attendance, is consistently on time, and observes prescribed work, break and meal periods in compliance with standards.</li><li>
Maintains high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include compliance with the dress code.</li><li>
