Sales Associate As a Sales Associate, you play a key role in creating a welcoming, educational, and stigma-free customer experience. You guide customers through their purchase, provide clear product information, and ensure all transactions are handled accurately and in line with store policies.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience &amp; Education<ul><li>Greet customers warmly and create a comfortable, non-judgmental environment</li><li>Ask questions to understand customer preferences and needs</li><li>Recommend products and explain effects, consumption methods, and basic dosing in a clear, simple way</li><li>Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits</li></ul>Sales &amp; Transactions<ul><li>Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash and cashless payments</li><li>Suggest relevant add-on products based on customer needs</li><li>Stay up to date on promotions, product releases, and key items</li></ul>Store Maintenance<ul><li>Maintain cleanliness across the sales floor, including counters, POS areas, and product displays</li><li>Sweep, mop, and clean spills to ensure a safe environment</li><li>Manage trash and cannabis-related waste according to store procedures</li><li>Keep stockroom, break areas, and shared spaces clean and organized</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Security<ul><li>Verify customer age and follow all ID-check procedures</li><li>Follow store policies and state regulations during all transactions</li><li>Handle products and customer data responsibly and securely</li><li>Follow all procedures related to store access and product handling</li></ul>Team Collaboration &amp; Culture<ul><li>Support teammates and contribute to a positive, respectful work environment</li><li>Stay up to date on company communications and training</li><li>Assist the team in meeting daily store goals</li></ul>Visual Merchandizing<ul><li>Maintain clean, organized, and accurate product displays</li><li>Ensure products are displayed according to store standards and state guidelines</li><li>Support product placement and in-store promotions</li></ul>Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
