 Position Summary: The Commercial Manager is responsible for overseeing the commercial and administrative operations of the project site. This includes managing cost reporting, resource allocation, site-related documentation, and personnel affairs to ensure operational efficiency and commercial control in line with company policies.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Commercial tasks and activities within the framework of day-to-day business as well as decisions arising from contracts with clients and subcontractors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Postings and accruals in preparation for the respective closing dates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Controlling aspects such as setting up projects commercial and administration team which includes interviewing, selection, building teamwork spirit, providing the required training, knowledge, company regulation and procedure as per the CPS, stipulating the tools and equipment to achieve their assignment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Commercial cost controlling for materials, procurement, Quality management, filing system and archiving, LEAN
 </li>
 <li>
 Construction and variation orders supports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monthly commercial closing, checking cost booked, accruals, stock, performance, outstanding receivable and payment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handling the subcontractors&rsquo; commercial issues, agreement, invoice, certificate, deductions, final account, alerting commercial risks and opportunities to the project teams and management,
 </li>
 <li>
 Representing the company and participating in meetings and events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing connection and liaison with the employer and stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing project&rsquo;s Auditing process with external and internal auditing, cooperating and providing the required data to internal revision auditors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Commercial forecast and follow up to achieve the targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicating with and by BRVZ / Finance controllers for queries, providing details and clarifications, customizing the commercial procedure to suit the project requirement based on size, period, contact value, etc.

 Excellent organizational and reporting abilities.

 High attention to detail and accuracy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively organize cooperation with technical project management
 </li>
 <li>
 Confidence in commercial application programs (AS4U, Invoice, iTwo, QlikView)
 
 
 </li>
