Strathmore Floors Design and Cabinets

Hiring experienced field manager for Strathmore, a fast growing, multi-state flooring, cabinet, and design company. Will service Charleston and North Charleston builder customers.List of duties:<ul><li>Manage relationships with builder field personnel</li><li>Coordinate flooring installations, repairs, and warranty jobs with builder, homeowners, warranty personnel, and installers</li><li>Inspect and ensure quality of all installations and conduct warranty repairs assessments as needed</li><li>Create punch lists of items to be corrected or product inspection reports on quality issues</li><li>Provide outstanding service to customers by maintaining attention to detail, accuracy, quality and completing assigned work in a timely manner</li><li>Recruit installation labor</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2+ years experience in Operations or Customer Service role in flooring installations and residential construction</li><li>Ability to read and interpret project drawings, scopes, and specifications</li><li>Strong customer service orientation and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems quickly</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Strong working knowledge of MS Office Software (Outlook)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Flooring installation: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Residential construction subcontractor: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License and reliable work vehicle (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Charleston, SC 29492: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
