Field Installation Manager

Hiring experienced field manager for Strathmore, a fast growing, multi-state flooring, cabinet, and design company. Will service Charleston and North Charleston builder customers.

List of duties:

• Manage relationships with builder field personnel
• Coordinate flooring installations, repairs, and warranty jobs with builder, homeowners, warranty personnel, and installers
• Inspect and ensure quality of all installations and conduct warranty repairs assessments as needed
• Create punch lists of items to be corrected or product inspection reports on quality issues
• Provide outstanding service to customers by maintaining attention to detail, accuracy, quality and completing assigned work in a timely manner
• Recruit installation labor

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in Operations or Customer Service role in flooring installations and residential construction
• Ability to read and interpret project drawings, scopes, and specifications
• Strong customer service orientation and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems quickly
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Software (Outlook)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Flooring installation: 2 years (Required)
• Residential construction subcontractor: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License and reliable work vehicle (Required)
