We partner with a network of freelance creators in Las Vegas to capture authentic, high-impact content that helps brands grow.ABOUT THE ROLEWe&rsquo;re expanding our creator network and looking for reliable videographers and photographers in Las Vegas for on-demand content capture. This is a capture-only role (no editing required). Restaurants are a strong segment of our client base, but projects also include other local businesses, brand activations, and events.You will represent Strattz on-site independently. Our Account Managers are remote, so all direction is provided before the shoot through a short briefing and shot list.WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO<ul><li>Capture raw video and photo assets for marketing and social (vertical-first preferred)</li><li>Join a 15-minute briefing call before each shoot (goals and shot list)</li><li>Execute the shoot independently on-site, following the agreed creative direction</li><li>Capture clean, usable takes and avoid excessive unusable footage (no filler, no &ldquo;dead&rdquo; clips)</li><li>Upload all delivered raw files within 24 hours (organized and complete)</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Based in Las Vegas, NV</li><li>Own a professional camera (DSLR or mirrorless)</li><li>Own a high-quality smartphone capable of 4K video</li><li>Strong framing, lighting, and social storytelling instincts</li><li>Punctual, reliable, and responsive</li><li>Fluent in English (you will interact directly with clients)</li></ul>PROJECT FLOW<ul><li>Assigned based on availability (typically 1 to 3 shoots per week depending on volume)</li><li>15-minute briefing, 2 to 5 hours on-site, upload within 24 hours</li><li>Remote support available if questions come up during the shoot</li></ul>COMPENSATION<ul><li>$50 to $75 per hour (on-site capture), depending on project needs</li><li>Payment processed shortly after upload and delivery confirmation</li></ul>Job Type: FreelanceJob Type: FreelancePay: $75.00 per hourExpected hours: 2 &ndash; 12 per weekApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you currently based in Las Vegas, NV?</li><li>Do you have professional experience working as both a videographer and a photographer?</li><li>Do you have a fixed job or weekly schedule that limits your availability for shoots?
