Strattz is a U.S.-based marketing agency delivering paid media, social media, and creative production for local businesses. We partner with a network of freelance creators in Las Vegas to capture authentic, high-impact content that helps brands grow.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re expanding our creator network and looking for reliable videographers and photographers in Las Vegas for on-demand content capture. This is a capture-only role (no editing required). Restaurants are a strong segment of our client base, but projects also include other local businesses, brand activations, and events.

You will represent Strattz on-site independently. Our Account Managers are remote, so all direction is provided before the shoot through a short briefing and shot list.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Capture raw video and photo assets for marketing and social (vertical-first preferred)
• Join a 15-minute briefing call before each shoot (goals and shot list)
• Execute the shoot independently on-site, following the agreed creative direction
• Capture clean, usable takes and avoid excessive unusable footage (no filler, no “dead” clips)
• Upload all delivered raw files within 24 hours (organized and complete)

REQUIREMENTS

• Based in Las Vegas, NV
• Own a professional camera (DSLR or mirrorless)
• Own a high-quality smartphone capable of 4K video
• Strong framing, lighting, and social storytelling instincts
• Punctual, reliable, and responsive
• Fluent in English (you will interact directly with clients)

PROJECT FLOW

• Assigned based on availability (typically 1 to 3 shoots per week depending on volume)
• 15-minute briefing, 2 to 5 hours on-site, upload within 24 hours
• Remote support available if questions come up during the shoot

COMPENSATION

• $50 to $75 per hour (on-site capture), depending on project needs
• Payment processed shortly after upload and delivery confirmation
