Streamline Graphics is a Kansas City print and graphics company specializing in vehicle wraps, wide format printing, vinyl graphics, apparel, and graphic design. We are looking for an Account Manager / Graphic Designer who can own client relationships from first conversation through project completion while producing professional-quality design work.This is a hands-on role. You will talk directly with customers, prepare quotes, manage orders, coordinate with production staff, and create print-ready artwork. The right person is someone who is just as comfortable picking up the phone and solving a customer's problem as they are building a vehicle wrap layout in Illustrator.This position offers real growth opportunity. You will be stepping into a key client-facing role with room to take on greater responsibility as the company grows.What You Will DoAccount Management (approximately 50% of your time)<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building and maintaining relationships through phone, email, and in-person communication</li><li>Prepare quotes and proposals based on customer needs, following company pricing guidelines</li><li>Enter and manage orders through our project management system</li><li>Coordinate with production and installation teams to keep projects on track and on deadline</li><li>Follow up with customers after project completion to ensure satisfaction and identify future needs</li><li>Proactively reach out to past customers and warm leads to generate repeat business</li></ul>Graphic Design (approximately 50% of your time)<ul><li>Create print-ready artwork for vehicle wraps, wide format prints, vinyl graphics, signs, and business printing</li><li>Prepare and preflight files for production, ensuring correct color profiles, bleed, and resolution</li><li>Adapt customer-provided logos and artwork into production-ready formats</li><li>Design layouts for vehicle wraps and lettering that account for curves, contours, and panel lines</li><li>Collaborate with customers on design revisions and approvals</li></ul>What We Are Looking ForRequired:<ul><li>2+ years of professional experience with Adobe Illustrator (coursework alone does not qualify)</li><li>Demonstrated ability to design for print production, not just digital or web</li><li>Strong communication skills: you can explain design concepts and project timelines to customers who are not designers</li><li>Comfort working directly with customers by phone, email, and in person</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously</li><li>Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership of your work</li></ul>Preferred (not required, but will set you apart):<ul><li>Experience creating vehicle graphics, wraps, or signage artwork</li><li>Experience in inside sales, quoting, or consultative selling</li><li>Familiarity with wide format printing processes, materials, and finishing</li><li>Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop</li><li>Experience with project management or order management software</li><li>Background in the sign, print, or vehicle wrap industry</li></ul>Why Streamline Graphics<ul><li>Skill development: You will learn new production techniques, materials, and design applications on the job.
