<p>
To lead and manage the implementation of the Anticipatory Actions (AA) project focused on ensuring education continuity in flood-prone areas. The role ensures effective coordination with stakeholders, timely execution of activities, and achievement of project goals related to risk mitigation, school safety, and community preparedness.</p>
<p><b>
Main Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead planning, implementation, and overall coordination of AA project activities in targeted districts.</li>
<li>Supervise field teams (Field Coordinators, Social Mobilizers, Field Engineer) and ensure quality delivery of interventions.</li>
<li>Liaise with DDMAs, Education Department, and other stakeholders for project integration and partnership.</li>
<li>Ensure development and rollout of school-level readiness/evacuation plans.</li>
<li>Oversee implementation of teacher training modules on DRR, GBV, MHPSS, and referral pathways.</li>
<li>Coordinate mapping and stakeholder identification exercises in Sindh and Punjab.</li>
<li>Ensure timely retrofitting of WASH facilities and flood-mitigation infrastructure in schools.</li>
<li>Facilitate the design and activation of early warning mechanisms at school and community level.</li>
<li>Prepare progress reports, budgets, and documentation for donor and internal reporting.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Master preferably in sociology or any discipline of social sciences.</li>
<li>Comprehensive knowledge of program management in Sindh Province.</li>
<li>Excellent typing and analytical skills</li>
<li>Strong analytical, communication and report writing skills in English;</li>
<li>3 Years (At least 3 years of work experience in social/development sector)</li>
<li>The position is only open for residents of Sindh and preference will be given to local candidates</li>

<p>
The DHIS2 Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth implementation, maintenance, and use of the DHIS2 system for TB data management. This role involves providing technical support to field teams, resolving DHIS2-related queries, coordinating with the PR DHIS2 team and the Data Management Unit (DMU), and ensuring the integrity and timely reporting of TB program data. The position requires close collaboration with Sub-Recipients (SRs), field staff, and the Program team to maintain high-quality data for decision-making.</p>
<p><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<p><b>
DHIS2 System Support:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the focal person for DHIS2 and data at the SR level.</li>
<li>Respond to and resolve field-level DHIS2 queries, providing hands-on support and troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Monitor system performance and escalate complex technical issues to the PR Data Unit as required.</li>
<li>Ensure timely creation, updating, and management of organizational units, users, and user roles in DHIS2 (where authorized).</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Data Management:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee the collection, entry, validation, and management of TB data.</li>
<li>Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.</li>
<li>Generate and share periodic data reports with program teams and management for decision-making.</li>
<li>Provide feedback to field teams on identifying data gaps or inconsistencies and support them in corrective measures.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Coordination &amp; Communication:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain regular communication with respective PTP Offices, Program Managers, RCs and field teams regarding DHIS2-related issues.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the PR team DHIS2 Advisor and DMU team for technical guidance, updates, and system improvements.</li>
<li>Support integration and alignment of TB program data with other relevant systems and components as directed.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Capacity Building &amp; User Support:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide orientation and refresher training to field users on DHIS2 use and reporting requirements.</li>
<li>Share guidance materials, user manuals, and SOPs for smooth system use.</li>
<li>Support and train new staff onboarding on DHIS2-related tasks.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Reporting &amp; Compliance:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate submission of all TB program data reports to the Program Manager and PR.</li>
<li>Contribute to program reviews, evaluations, and audits by providing necessary data and documentation.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and confidentiality protocols</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>BS Hons or Master&rsquo;s degree in information management, Computer Science, Public Health, Statistics, or a related field.</li>
<li>At least <b>5-7 years of experience</b> in data management and health information systems, preferably in DHIS2.</li>
<li>Experience working in TB Program or other public health programs is an asset.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.</li>
<li>Excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools is desirable.</li>
</ul>
