We are committed to supporting your professional journey in early childhood education and providing a rewarding experience for both you and your students.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards, using a Multiple intelligence approach</li><li>Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and supports children&rsquo;s emotional well-being.</li><li>Engage children in activities that promote literacy education, math skills, physical development, and social interaction.</li><li>Incorporate early intervention strategies to support children with special needs or developmental delays.</li><li>Manage classroom routines efficiently, including lesson planning, transitions, and maintaining a structured learning environment.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and participate in ongoing professional development related to childhood development and classroom management.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior classroom experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or private school setting is highly preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention techniques.</li><li>Experience developing curriculum content that incorporates literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and social-emotional learning.</li><li>Familiarity with classroom management strategies to maintain an engaging and disciplined learning environment</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, colleagues, and support staff.</li><li>Previous experience with standardized testing or assessments in early childhood settings is advantageous.
