Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards, using a Multiple intelligence approach
• Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and supports children’s emotional well-being.
• Engage children in activities that promote literacy education, math skills, physical development, and social interaction.
• Incorporate early intervention strategies to support children with special needs or developmental delays.
• Manage classroom routines efficiently, including lesson planning, transitions, and maintaining a structured learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and participate in ongoing professional development related to childhood development and classroom management.

Experience

• Prior classroom experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or private school setting is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention techniques.
• Experience developing curriculum content that incorporates literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and social-emotional learning.
• Familiarity with classroom management strategies to maintain an engaging and disciplined learning environment
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, colleagues, and support staff.

• Must have a bachelors degree in Early Education or 2 years teaching Kindergarten

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
