Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant/Secretary to join our team. This vital role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, both bilingual and monolingual candidates are encouraged to apply.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet visitors and manage the front desk with friendly, professional phone etiquette, ensuring a positive first impression.</li><li>Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and taking detailed messages when necessary.</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure high-quality correspondence.</li><li>Assist with office management duties such as supply ordering, maintaining organized filing systems, and overseeing general administrative operations.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients, vendors, and internal teams with professionalism and responsiveness.</li><li>Handle clerical tasks such as typing reports, managing email correspondence, and supporting personal assistant functions as needed.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior office experience in administrative or clerical roles is required; experience in medical or dental reception is a plus.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual (additional languages are advantageous).</li><li>Proven ability to handle customer support scenarios with patience and professionalism.</li><li>Experience in calendar management, proofreading documents for accuracy, and managing office supplies is highly desirable.</li></ul>Join us to be part of a supportive team that values your organizational talents and dedication!Pay: $25.22 - $30.37 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
