The position is also an opportunity to work for a small but growing company with a family culture, impressive benefits and a belief in serving others.Title: Marketing Manager / SpecialistLocation: Lenexa, KansasSalary: Commensurate with experience and qualificationsStart: As soon as possibleWhat you will be doing: <ul><li>Partnering with the company leadership and sales teams to establish marketing strategy, execute vision and develop/manage a budget to guide annual marketing initiatives &bull; Overseeing website updates &amp; design modifications</li><li>&bull; Working with the design team to oversee thorough product launches with marketing efforts</li><li>&bull; Partnering with sales organization on coordination of customer/employee events &amp; trade shows</li><li>&bull; Representing Structura at customer events and trade shows (from time to time)</li><li>&bull; Create, design and distribute content on various platforms, including social media, monthly digital newsletter, marketing emails, website, collateral, etc.</li><li>&bull; Overseeing brand standards to ensure consistency in application of our company identity</li><li>&bull; Oversee outside vendors when required (ex. web developer, graphic design, photography, video production)</li><li>&bull; Overseeing the event planning and details of rep/customer events/factory visits</li><li>&bull; Overseeing company apparel and promotional orders</li><li>&bull; Overseeing samples allocation across the entire rep network</li></ul>What you bring to the table: <ul><li>&bull; Passion for leading all company marketing efforts, with the ability to operate autonomously</li><li>&bull; BA/BS degree in marketing, communications or related field</li><li>&bull; 2-5 years of marketing experience and sales support</li><li>&bull; Demonstrated ability to produce written pieces of various lengths, as well as editing copy for grammar and style</li><li>&bull; Confidence in professional settings &ndash; comfortable networking and creating connections with customers, vendors and industry partners</li><li>&bull; Proficiency with graphic design software (Canva, InDesign, Photoshop)</li><li>&bull; Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Apple Keynote, etc.</li><li>&bull; Exceptional verbal and written communication skills</li><li>&bull; Proficiency with data analytics</li><li>&bull; A can-do team attitude</li><li>&bull; Affinity for details and the ability to juggle multiple coinciding projects/tasks in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Bonus Points: <ul><li>&bull; Website management experience is a plus</li><li>&bull; Lighting/rep agency experience is ideal, but not required</li></ul>We look forward to hearing from you!
