We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager &amp; Meta Ads Specialist to manage our online presence, run high-performing advertising campaigns, and grow our brand across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook &amp; Instagram), content creation, analytics, and audience engagement strategies.Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management<ul><li>Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and others).</li><li>Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals.</li><li>Manage day-to-day posting, stories, reels, and community engagement.</li><li>Monitor trends and apply creative strategies to increase reach.</li><li>Collaborate with the design team for creatives, reels, and videos.</li></ul>2. Meta Ads Management<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook &amp; Instagram.</li><li>Run lead generation, traffic, engagement, sales, and brand awareness campaigns.</li><li>Manage ad budgets and track performance using Ads Manager.</li><li>Analyze campaign metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.</li><li>A/B test creatives, copy, and audiences to improve results.</li></ul>3. Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Track social media growth, engagement, and campaign performance.</li><li>Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.</li><li>Suggest strategies to improve overall digital performance.</li></ul>4. Brand Building<ul><li>Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms.</li><li>Identify opportunities for collaborations, influencer marketing, and trends.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and Meta Ads Specialist.</li><li>Strong understanding of Ads Manager, pixel setup, retargeting, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.</li><li>Excellent content writing and communication skills.</li><li>Knowledge of Canva, basic video editing, and creative briefing.</li><li>Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.</li><li>Strong time-management and organizational skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with other platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Ads) is a plus.</li><li>Certification in Meta Ads or Digital Marketing is an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
