Join us to make a meaningful impact through the art of dance while promoting physical activity, discipline, and artistic expression.Duties<ul><li>Develop comprehensive dance curricula tailored to different age groups and skill levels, incorporating techniques such as ballet, theater dance, and other styles.</li><li>Lead engaging dance classes that motivate students to improve their technique, coordination, and performance skills.</li><li>Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all learners.</li><li>Provide personalized feedback and tutoring to help students overcome challenges and achieve their goals.</li><li>Plan and organize performances or showcases that highlight student progress and celebrate their achievements.</li><li>Incorporate elements of childhood development, early childhood education, and special education strategies into lesson planning for diverse learners.</li><li>Utilize photography skills to document student progress and create promotional materials for classes or events.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in teaching dance or related movement arts with a strong background in ballet, theater, or contemporary styles.</li><li>Knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques.</li><li>Experience working with children, preschoolers, or students with special educational needs is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong understanding of childhood development principles and behavior management strategies.</li><li>Ability to foster a positive learning environment that encourages creativity and self-expression.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for working with students of all ages and collaborating with parents or guardians when necessary.</li><li>Additional skills such as sewing for costume design, culinary experience for themed events, or photography are considered nice-to-have extras that can enhance your teaching approach.
