The Civil Engineer is responsible for planning, supervising, coordinating, and executing construction projects while ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules. The role involves site management, contractor coordination, quantity verification, and project documentation from commencement to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning &amp; Execution<ul><li>Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.</li><li>Plan, organize, and supervise all civil construction activities on site.</li><li>Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and local authority requirements.</li><li>Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.</li></ul>Site Management<ul><li>Conduct regular site inspections and supervise construction activities.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.</li><li>Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on site.</li><li>Verify setting out, levels, dimensions, and construction quality.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.</li><li>UAE minimum one experience in construction, fit-out, infrastructure, or building projects preferred.</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of UAE construction standards and authority requirements.</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>AutoCAD and construction drawing interpretation.</li><li>Project planning and scheduling.</li><li>Quantity take-off and estimation.</li><li>Site supervision and quality control.</li><li>Knowledge of MS Office and project management software.</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills.</li><li>Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li></ul>Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and assisting staff and management with day-to-day tasks.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.</li><li>Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.</li><li>Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.</li><li>Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and databases.</li><li>Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports.</li><li>Order and manage office supplies and equipment.</li><li>Assist with data entry and record keeping.</li><li>Greet visitors and provide customer service support.</li><li>Support special projects and administrative initiatives.</li><li>Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).</li><li>Proven experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office software.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.</li><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.</li><li>OWN VISA PREFFERED</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with scheduling software and office management systems.</li><li>Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge.</li><li>Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Pay: AED3,000.00 per hourWork Location: In person
