We are hiring a Store Manager to lead our retail outlet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning</li><li>Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth</li><li>Manage, train, and supervise store staff</li><li>Maintain inventory levels and conduct stock audits</li><li>Ensure attractive visual merchandising and store presentation</li><li>Handle customer queries and ensure high service standards</li><li>Manage cash handling, POS, and reporting</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (Marketing or relevant field preferred)</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of retail experience (garments/textile preferred)</li><li>Strong leadership and sales management skills</li><li>Good communication and problem-solving abilities</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary + incentives</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li><li>Professional work environment</li></ul>Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
