Store Manager – Ladies Garments & Textile

We are hiring a Store Manager to lead our retail outlet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Manage, train, and supervise store staff
• Maintain inventory levels and conduct stock audits
• Ensure attractive visual merchandising and store presentation
• Handle customer queries and ensure high service standards
• Manage cash handling, POS, and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or relevant field preferred)
• 3–5 years of retail experience (garments/textile preferred)
• Strong leadership and sales management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
