We’re Hiring – Security Assistant Manager

Location: Karachi – SITE Area K1
Industry: Manufacturing / Corporate Security
Salary: Up to PKR 100,000

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Security Assistant Manager to support security operations and ensure the safety of company premises, employees, visitors, and assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Security Manager in planning and implementing security policies and procedures
• Monitor daily security operations and ensure all security posts are properly managed
• Supervise security guards and manage shift duty rosters
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms
• Conduct initial investigations and prepare incident reports
• Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles
• Ensure protection of company assets, equipment, and materials
• Monitor CCTV systems and other security equipment
• Maintain daily security logs, reports, and documentation
• Assist in training security guards and conducting security drills

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in security management or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in security supervision or management
• Experience in corporate security or law enforcement is preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Knowledge of CCTV systems and security operations
• Ability to handle incidents and work under pressure
