Assistant Manager HR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in line with organizational standards and labor laws
  • Ensure effective implementation and compliance of HR policies across all departments
  • Conduct periodic policy audits and recommend improvements based on industry best practices
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent
  • Supervise and mentor HR team members, ensuring productivity, engagement, and professional development

Eligibility Criteria:

  • MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field
  • 05–07 years of core HR experience
  • 02-03 years in a supervisory/lead role
  • Strong hands-on experience in policy development and recruitment
  • Location: Korangi Campus, Karachi
