Job Title: Assistant Manager / Talent Acquisition Associate
Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring a proactive Talent Acquisition Associate / Assistant Manager for a prestigious client at their Head Office in Karachi. Location: Head Office – Karachi

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
· Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
· Assist the team lead in hiring for mid to senior-level positions and strategic recruitment initiatives.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
· Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant standards.
· Support employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement activities.
· Improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and quality of hires.
· Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
· Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 3–4 years of experience in core Talent Acquisition.
· Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing strategies.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and comprehension skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements.
