Head of Finance - EV bike

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the company’s financial strategy, planning, and analysis to support business growth and profitability
• Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making
• Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and fund optimization
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and statutory requirements
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and regulatory authorities
• Lead cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for operational efficiency
• Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team, ensuring high performance and development
• Oversee audit processes (internal & external) and ensure transparency in financial practices
• Evaluate and manage financial risks, including investments and business expansion plans
• Support business expansion, mergers, acquisitions, and fundraising activities (if applicable)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and corporate finance
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Professional qualification such as CA / ACCA / CFA / MBA (Finance) preferred
