HRCONSOL is hiring a Head of Finance for a leading Logistics company in Karachi. We are looking for a strategic and results-driven finance leader who can drive financial excellence, governance, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall company finances, including financial reporting, controls, and governance
• Oversee accounting operations, audits, and regulatory compliance across all business units
• Liaise and coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits
• Develop and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity planning
• Provide strategic financial insights and support management in key decision-making
• Establish robust internal controls to eliminate financial leakages and inefficiencies
• Implement systems and dashboards for real-time financial visibility
• Drive process improvements and digitalization of financial operations

Education:

• CA / ACCA / CMA (Qualified) preferred
• MBA Finance or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution

Experience:

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in finance leadership roles
• Strong experience in financial planning, reporting, and compliance
• Prior experience in Logistics / Supply Chain / Transportation industry will be a plus
• Proven track record of leading teams and implementing financial systems

• Expertise in ERP systems and financial dashboards
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
