About the CompanyWe are a boutique interior design and fabrication studio known for our creative, bespoke projects. As our workload grows, we&rsquo;re looking for a versatile professional to bring structure to our daily operations and oversee our financial activities.Role SummaryThe Operations &amp; Accounts Manager will ensure smooth day&#8209;to&#8209;day operations while managing the studio&rsquo;s finances and vendor relationships. This pivotal role touches every part of the business&mdash;from coordinating projects and streamlining workflows to tracking budgets, processing invoices and maintaining financial records.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Operations Management: Oversee daily studio operations; coordinate with designers, site teams and vendors to ensure projects run on schedule and resources are used efficiently.</li><li>Process Optimization: Identify and fix inefficiencies; implement systems to improve productivity and reduce bottlenecks.</li><li>Financial Management: Maintain financial records; prepare and submit client invoices; manage accounts receivable/payable and payroll; track monthly expenses; assist with budgeting and variance analysis.</li><li>Vendor &amp; Contract Management: Handle vendor communications and negotiations; track orders; manage client contracts from initiation through completion, monitoring expenditures and timelines.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Compliance: Work with our accountant on bank reconciliations and tax filings; generate basic financial reports for management; ensure regulatory compliance.</li><li>Administrative Support: Oversee office supplies and general administration; support HR processes (e.g., onboarding, attendance tracking) as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in operations and financial management, preferably in a design, construction or creative environment.</li><li>Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Odoo, Tally, QuickBooks) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Solid understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and accounts payable/receivable processes.</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to motivate teams and liaise effectively with vendors and clients.</li><li>Detail&#8209;oriented, organized and able to prioritize in a fast&#8209;paced environment.</li><li>Familiarity with interior design or construction workflows is an advantage but not required.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Dynamic, creative work environment with diverse projects.</li><li>Opportunity to shape and improve operational and financial systems.</li><li>Supportive team culture and room for professional growth.</li><li>Paid time off and flexible leave policy.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
