Order Processing &amp; Coordination&middot; Receive, verify, and process online orders from e-commerce platforms or ERP systems.&middot; Assign orders to packing staff and ensure correct picking and scanning of products.&middot; Coordinate daily dispatch schedules according to cut-off times and delivery priorities.Dispatch &amp; Logistics Management&middot; Prepare and print shipping labels, invoices, and dispatch documentation.&middot; Coordinate with courier partners, 3PL teams, and internal logistics staff for pickups and dispatch planning.&middot; Track dispatched orders and update statuses in the system.&middot; Ensure timely resolution of delivery exceptions, delays, or failed deliveries.Warehouse Collaboration&middot; Work closely with warehouse pickers, packers, and inventory teams to ensure product availability.&middot; Maintain communication between warehouse and customer service regarding order issues or shortages.&middot; Support cycle counts and stock accuracy related to online orders.System &amp; Reporting&middot; Update ERP, WMS, and e-commerce dashboards with dispatch details.&middot; Generate daily/weekly dispatch reports (order count, TAT adherence, pending orders, courier performance).&middot; Ensure accuracy of records for audit and operational review.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,317.74 - &#8377;31,252.71 per monthWork Location: In person
