The ideal candidate should have 1&ndash;3 years of experience in accounting and a strong working knowledge of Tally ERP9. This role involves handling day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting statutory compliance.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records using Tally ERP9.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely reconciliation.</li><li>Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and journal entries.</li><li>Handle bank reconciliations and assist in cash flow management.</li><li>Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.</li><li>Maintain petty cash and ensure proper documentation and approvals.</li><li>Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and other finance-related activities.</li></ul>Required Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of relevant accounting experience.</li><li>Proficiency in Tally ERP9 (knowledge of Tally Prime will be an added advantage).</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal abilities.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
