Senior Lab Technician / Technical Supervisor

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Lab Technician to oversee laboratory operations, ensure accurate and timely testing, and provide training and guidance to junior lab technicians across all hospital branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily laboratory operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Perform and verify complex diagnostic tests with high accuracy
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality control protocols, and safety standards
• Monitor sample collection, processing, reporting, and documentation
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment as per schedule
• Conduct internal quality audits and take corrective actions
• Train, mentor, and evaluate junior lab technicians and interns
• Travel to all hospital branches to train and support lab staff
• Ensure proper infection control and biomedical waste management in the lab
• Maintain NABL/NABH documentation related to laboratory services
• Manage lab inventory, reagents, and test kits efficiently
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and hospital management for reporting and quality improvement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,527.30 - ₹30,134.01 per month
