Overview We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Shift Leader to oversee daily operations at our car wash facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and possess experience in car detailing and sales. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, managing team performance, and maintaining operational standards.Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts to ensure efficient operations.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.</li><li>Train new staff on car wash procedures, detailing techniques, and safety protocols.</li><li>Monitor equipment functionality and cleanliness, ensuring all tools and machines are well-maintained.</li><li>Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure high standards of cleanliness and detailing are met.</li><li>Assist with hands-on tasks including washing, buffing, and cleaning vehicles as needed.</li><li>Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.</li><li>Enforce safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment for all employees.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.</li><li>Experience in car wash operations or detailing preferred but not required.</li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential for this role.</li><li>Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a collaborative work atmosphere.</li></ul>Join us as we strive to provide top-notch service in the car wash industry while leading a dynamic team!Job Type: Full-timePay: From $16.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Work Location: In person
