Job Description:Suds Deluxe Car Wash is seeking an experienced Lead Car Wash Technician to take charge of equipment repairs and new site installations across our Central Tx locations.You&rsquo;ll be the go-to expert for all things mechanical &mdash; from troubleshooting on-site breakdowns to leading full install builds at new locations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows their way around electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic systems and takes pride in quality work.Responsibilities:Lead repairs and maintenance on car wash equipment across multiple sitesOversee installation of new car wash equipment at developing locationsCoordinate plumbing, electrical, and pneumatic work for site buildsSupervise and train technicians on proper repair and installation techniquesMaintain tools, parts inventory, and project timelinesTroubleshoot mechanical issues and provide reliable fixes under pressureCommunicate effectively with vendors and project managersQualifications:5+ years of experience in equipment repair or mechanical maintenanceStrong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and pneumaticsExperience reading schematics and wiring diagramsProven leadership or supervisory experienceForklift operation experience is a plusMust have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportationAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor environmentsBenefits:High-energy, team-first culture in a growing companyAll tools and equipment providedBe part of building and maintaining some of the best car washes in TexasAbout Suds Deluxe Car Wash:We&rsquo;re a Texas-based, family-owned express car wash chain focused on delivering fast, fun, and spotless service.
