Full Time Car Wash Shift Leader

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Shift Leader to oversee daily operations at our car wash facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and possess experience in car detailing and sales. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, managing team performance, and maintaining operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Train new staff on car wash procedures, detailing techniques, and safety protocols.
• Monitor equipment functionality and cleanliness, ensuring all tools and machines are well-maintained.
• Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure high standards of cleanliness and detailing are met.
• Assist with hands-on tasks including washing, buffing, and cleaning vehicles as needed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment for all employees.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
• Experience in car wash operations or detailing preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential for this role.
• Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a collaborative work atmosphere.
