A well-established tri-state law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of litigation experience, strong advocacy skills, and a desire to grow within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle all phases of discovery and motion practice</li><li>Conduct and defend depositions</li><li>Draft legal memoranda, motions, and pleadings</li><li>Appear in court for conferences, hearings, and trials</li><li>Represent clients in mediations and settlement discussions</li><li>Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client communication</li><li>Prepare trial materials and assist in trial proceedings</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school</li><li>Admission to the New York State Bar (admission in CT or NJ a plus)</li><li>Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills</li><li>Strong organizational and communication abilities</li><li>Self-motivated and able to manage multiple matters efficiently</li></ul>About the Firm:We are a well-established tri-state law firm recognized for excellence in litigation and business law.
