Litigation Attorney

A well-established tri-state law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of litigation experience, strong advocacy skills, and a desire to grow within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all phases of discovery and motion practice
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Draft legal memoranda, motions, and pleadings
• Appear in court for conferences, hearings, and trials
• Represent clients in mediations and settlement discussions
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client communication
• Prepare trial materials and assist in trial proceedings

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York State Bar (admission in CT or NJ a plus)
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple matters efficiently
