Responsibilities</b></p><p><br>
As a Full-Time CSR at Suite 1000, you will:</p><ul><li>
Answer inbound calls for clients in diverse industries</li><li>
Follow client protocols, escalation rules, and call-handling workflows</li><li>
Accurately document call details in client systems</li><li>
Route calls to the appropriate contact or department as needed</li><li>
Provide a professional, empathetic experience for every caller</li><li>
No selling, telemarketing, collections, shift bidding, complaint lines, or shift bidding.</li></ul><p>

This role focuses on practical leadership and call center operations:</p><ul><li><b>
50%</b>: Active call handling and support</li><li><b>
25%</b>: Coaching, mentoring, and training staff</li><li><b>
25%</b>: HR-related duties and team administration</li><li>
You&rsquo;ll supervise a team of 6&ndash;8 CSRs, work closely with the Customer Service Manager, participate in leadership meetings, and liaise directly with client teams.</li><li>

Schedule</b></p><p><b><br>
Position A: Full-time, First Shift: Monday&ndash;Friday, 8 AM&ndash;4 PM (40 hrs/week)</b></p><ul><li>
